Britain's Defence Shame

The appalling way our forces are treated is shameful. Badly paid, badly armed, incompetent logistics, and badly looked after both at home and in the field of war. How can Brown, and before him Blair, look at themselves in the mirror and not feel personally guilty and ashamed. UKpopdems has allocated funding in our fiscal policy to increase pay, double front-line resources, get the best arms and equipment and make sure our men and women are looked after whatever the circumstances. For those who put their lives in jeopardy for Britain we can do no other.
