Ughtred asks for support as Parliament votes on the Lisbon treaty

Ughtred, it is quite clear that the British people demand a referendum on this treaty which is so close to the original constitution as to be almost indistinguishable. If Brown seriously wants to engage with the people, as he says he does, then this is the issue to do do it on. The truth is that Brown only wants one answer and doesn't trust the people to give it.
