Linda says: 'Your document on 'Implementing the International Vision' says UKpopdems wants to massively increase weapons. There are enough weapons in the world already without UKpopdems adding to the stockpile'. Thanks Linda, and well said. UKpopdems wants to reach out for peace in every quarter. Where innocent people are suffering fear, violence and starvation from cruel governments we also want to help as peace keepers. The key need is not in weapons, Linda, but equipment excellence of all kinds where this government has failed and exposed our troops to danger. We need more and better ground, air and sea transport; more and better protection for vehicles and personnel; better food and accommodation - and of course more weapons, because we are doubling front-line forces in order to avoid overstretching the most important resource: the men and women who give of themselves freely to protect others and our nation.
